I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

An Ordinance to provide for the periodical Inspection of Steam Boilers

and Prime Movers.

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

the Governor's Instructons

The Ordinance makes provision for the inspection of Steam Boilers and "Prime Movers" with the view to safeguard persons employed in

and about buildings where such machinery is used.
